工作职责：
Lead and supervise the daily production, make sure smooth and effective production to meet required output and quality.
领导和管理每日生产，确保顺利高效的生产达到产出和质量需求；
Management of production lines operators according to production processes to achieve quality, quantity and cost and ensure delivery on time.
按照生产管理流程管理生产线操作人员，确保保质保量的完成交付；
Analysis the production data to resolve the production process problems use PDCA
通过分析生产运行数据，发现生产过程中的问题，并运用PDCA的方法进行解决。
Lead and originate the production team daily meeting.
组织和领导生产每日晨会。
Define the training needs of production team and make the training plan for the shift leader and operators. Monitor the training implement include evaluation the training result and updating the skill matrix.
定义生产团队的培训需求，制定生产线长和操作者的培训计划，跟踪培训的实施，包括培训结果的评估和更新技能矩阵
Motivate operator’s involvement; ensure safety, ergonomic, flexibility, discipline and no blame.
激发操作者的参与，保证生产过程的安全、人机工程、柔性化、纪律性、责任感。
Evaluate the performance of production team members, encourage innovation and improvement in production field, support team member to complete tasks.
定期评估生产团队成员的绩效，鼓励创新和实践，帮助团队成员完成任务。
Cope with production related emergency and ensure related emergency plan implementation.
处理生产相关的紧急事件，并确保相应的应急预案实施
Follow and strictly implement EHS standards.
严格实施EHS的相关标准。
The right to stop the production line when there is some quality,safety..ect. Urgent issue happened.
当发生质量、安全等紧急事件时有停线权

工作要求：
Bachelor degree, major in mechanical/automation/industrial engineering is preferred
本科学历，机械/自动化/工业工程优先
At least 3 years working experience in production management field.
至少3年生产管理经验
Knowledge of JIS production and delivery preferred.
JIS生产和发运知识优先
Knowledge of lean manufacturing
精益生产知识
Knowledge in quality, logistic and products
熟悉质量/物流及产品
Familiar with production process 熟悉生产工艺
Leadership skills 领导能力
Ability to study, analysis, and solve production problems 学习能力，分析和解决生产中的问题
