Missions职责:- Inspection in suppliers’ workshops, or control of parts produced in Poma Beijing workshop if possible.在供应商工厂进行质量检验，或POMA Beijing车间产品检验- Acceptance of parts and validation of quality files验收审核质量文件Activities任务:- Make sure technical requirements are understood by the suppliers确保供应商准确理解相关技术要求- Establish and validate quality control plan as per drawings and technical specifications根据图纸和技术规范，编制和审阅相关质量控制规范- Follow internal production and perform inspection if required如有需要，跟踪公司内部生产并对相关产品进行质量控制- Follow the production in the workshop of suppliers跟踪供应商车间的实际生产- Follow inspection realized by external societies (dimensional, visual, NDT, mechanical and chemical test)跟踪第三方机构检验，如尺寸，外观，探伤，性能和成分测试等- Follow up production schedule with suppliers, and validate the manufactured products before delivery跟踪供应商的生产计划，发货前确检验和放行供应商制作的产品- Manage the variations and non-conformities with the engineering and design departments与工程技术部门协调和管理不符合项内容- Collect, compile and validate quality files收集，编纂和确认质量文件- Manage maintenance and calibration of control tools质量控制工具的管理维护以及校验任职要求Requirements：1. Engineering bachelor degree or above本科或以上学历，工程类专业2. Fluent in Chinese and English英文听说读写能力熟练3. Be familiar with metallurgy, welding, forging, casting, machining, NDT and metrology/ technical drawing / be familiar with Chinese and European standards基本掌握冶金、焊接、锻造、铸造、机械加工、无损检测和计量相关专业知识，熟悉技术图纸，了解中国及欧洲各类标准4. Able to travel frequently and work under pressure能接受经常出差，能承担一定工作压力5. Minimum one year working experience in terms of supplier quality control, multinational company or oversea working experience is preferred一年以上供应商质量控制工作经验，有相关跨国公司或驻外工作经验优先工作地点：常驻天津市滨海区或北京市怀柔区
