三. 薪酬待遇
1.基本年薪不低于18 万(税前，含租房补贴3万/年)，另可根据博士后的工作情况和科研产出发放奖励性津贴;
2.博士后期间可选择租住学校博士后公寓且户口可按照相关政策迁至接收单位所在地;
3.条件突出者推荐申请国家“博新计划”和上海市“超级博士后计划”，该两项计划入选者，每人每年收入30 万元，共资助 2 年，“博新计划” 获得者另有 20 万元博士后科学基金经费。

successful applicants will perform experimental and modeling research of fuel or engine combustion, e.g. fuel/engine interactions, fuel combustion kinetics, combustion pollutants formation and control.
