Collects the lessons learn, and share with the team members.7. Prepares the design guidelines, and tools to improve the efficiency and quality of mechanical design.8. Feeds back to his superior of his needs in human and material means to achieve compliance with the requirements cited above.9. Ensures the cleanliness of workstations, storage and discipline in the group.10. Suggests and gives ideas to increase productivity and improve the design quality.11. Participates in the development of specifications for accurate and detailed purchased equipment (supporting PEM and Controls Responsible)13.
